Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for defective merchandise only. Please notify me via email at kaycee@whiskeycreekdesigns.com if you need to exchange your order. Please include your order number in the subject box and a brief description of what is wrong with your item(s). Exchanges must be authorized and postmarked no later than 10 days after receipt of order. All items must be in original condition with all packaging intact, items must be unworn. Please include your invoice with the item(s) being exchanged.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND SALE MERCHANDISE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGABLE.

Whiskey Creek Designs is not responsible for items lost in shipping and cannot issue a refund for lost items.
