Custom Items

This is a perfect for birthday or Christmas presents – make sure to get your orders in early! All custom orders are made by Kaycee and please allow 2-3 weeks for order completion. Please let us know if you have a deadline, we will attempt to accommodate your needs.
DUE TO THE EXPECTED DEMAND OF CUSTOM MADE ITEMS FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON, NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST.
An emailed receipt with payment options will be sent to you upon ordering. Payment must be received before the item will be shipped.
All items shipped to an Oklahoma address are required to pay 9% sales tax rate.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Whiskey Creek Designs is not responsible for any damages occurred after receiving your custom item(s). Whiskey Creek will only be responsible for any defective merchandise upon receiving your order and you must notify us within 10 days. You must notify us at kaycee@whiskeycreekdesigns.com and include your order number in the subject line with a brief description of what is wrong with your merchandise.
RETURNS
Returns must be authorized and postmarked no later than 10 days after receipt of order. All items must be in original condition with all packaging intact, items must be unworn. Please include your invoice with the item(s) being returned. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Whiskey Creek Designs is not responsible for items lost in shipping and cannot issue a refund for lost items.
